About Julie

Trained to guide. Committed to listening.

Every person who reaches out deserves a neutral they can trust. My training, my credentials, and my approach all serve one purpose: helping you find a constructive way forward.

My story

A steady, compassionate presence when it matters most.

I founded Julie Rae Resolution Services because I believe most disputes are not really about winning. They are about being understood, protecting what we care about, and finding a way to move on with dignity.

I am professionally trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and I am proud to be listed on the Minnesota Rule 114 roster of qualified neutrals for both civil and family mediation. I see that recognition not as a title, but as a promise to you: rigorous preparation, a fair and balanced process, and a steady commitment to constructive resolution.

Whether you are navigating a family transition, a contract disagreement, or a complex business matter, I will help you slow down, clarify what is at stake, and explore options you may not have considered. Clients often tell me they leave our sessions feeling lighter. That, more than any settlement figure, is the outcome I care about.

  • Deep listening

Before solutions come understanding. I make room for each person to share what matters most, without interruption or judgment.

  • True impartiality

I hold no stake in the outcome. My role is to guide a fair, balanced process so that the decisions remain yours.

  • Collaborative problem-solving

Together we look past positions to underlying interests, building creative agreements that everyone can live with.

Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral

A mark of rigorous training, trust, and care.

Minnesota's Rule 114 roster recognizes neutrals who have completed the specialized training the state requires to serve parties in court-connected dispute resolution. Being listed for both civil and family mediation means I have met those standards in each area.

For you, it means peace of mind. You can expect a neutral who understands the process, respects your confidentiality, and stays focused on helping you reach an agreement that truly works.
